Vibrational Rescue

Sometimes we need to raise our vibration in a hurry.  Perhaps you have found yourself in a situation fraught with negative energies, where there is fear, sadness, anger or jealousy.  This is my quick fix for this sort of situation.

Step one: if possible take yourself outside away from the situation.  If this is not possible close your eyes for a few seconds and visualise yourself standing on cool green grass. Really feel it under your feet.

Step two: ground yourself by visualising, feeling or knowing that you have roots extending from the soles of your feet into the ground via your Earth star Chakra.

Step three:  See or feel bright white or golden light above your head.  Draw or breathe it into yourself through your crown.  Allow it to fill your whole body.  You start to feel your vibration lifting even now.

Step four: extend the golden/white light outside your body so that you are cocooned inside it as well as it fills your entire being.

Step five: see or feel the pink glow of unconditional love around your heart area let it grow and extend outward towards and encapsulating the situation, person or place.

Step six: repeat the following affirmation as often as you need:

I am whole, I am perfect, I am strong, I am powerful, I am loving, harmonious and happy.

I calm, I am healthy, I am wise, I’m intuitive, Life is joyful, abundant and good.

Repeat this process as often as you wish and allow your vibration to lift.  You will find this process can help you through almost any situation. If you need extra protection – call in Archangel Michael for assistance.

Life is Perfect!

Soul Space

Do you have a “soul space”? A place to sit and nourish your entire being at the end of a busy day?  A special seat or corner of a room (or if you are lucky a whole room) that is entirely yours – your energy, your space?  Soul Space can be your meditation corner, the place under a tree where you love to sit, a seat in front of a window where you can read or contemplate the view.  It’s a place to unwind, to reconnect with you, to nurture and rejuvenate.  Soul Space is a place where you are unavailable for the time being. You can say: “I am unavailable any time you see me sitting on that chair/under that tree/in this room.”  Use it for quiet time just for you.  No work needs to be done in your soul space. It is a place to rest/think/create/relax.  Soul Space is so, so important.

Fill it with love, colour, energy and peace. Enjoy!

Getting back on track

“Stuckness” occurs when you allow fear to creep in – it may not be a conscious fear and it can happen to any one of us.   Have a look at the thoughts you think as you begin your day.  The words you pay attention to and the positive words you push away. Which fearful and negative thoughts do you allow to creep in to your mind?  Do you really feel stuck?  Why do you tell yourself you are stuck?  This only serves to reinforce your “stuckness”.  Refuse to allow yourself to be this way.  Don’t ruminate upon it – speak it once out loud and let it go.  Use positive affirmations and gratitude throughout your day.  The more you focus on the positive, the sooner you will begin to move forward.  Look for the joy and light as you would advise others to do.  If you find are not happy doing something – look for a way to make it more positive experience.  Don’t be pushed by others to do something their way, for it will become a chore.  If what you thought was your “path” has become a “task” rather than a joy, look for where you have temporarily come of track.  What can you do to get back on track?  You can do it – and you know it!  There is light ahead leading your forward.  Just take that step once again and know that all is as it should be.

Shadows of times past

As a past life regression therapist, I was thrilled to be able to spend a long weekend in the presence of the Master of this modality recently.  Not only was it wonderful to be gaining new knowledge and inspirations, but it reminded me of how far I have come.

My very first past life memory almost 20 years ago, came as a shock to me, as I wasn’t being regressed at the time, I was just relaxing in my hammock at home.  I had been suffering a severe back pain for quite a while, right between the shoulder blades to the extent that I often couldn’t breathe because of the pain.  Doctors, physios, chiropractors all had been unable to help.  All had been surprised when they had asked me how or who had hit me so hard between the shoulders, as there was quite an indent in the shape of my spine. My answer was always “I don’t know – I’ve never had an accident there to my knowledge.”

A counsellor had suggested I sit and relax and ask the pain/injury where it had come from.  This I thought was an interesting idea, but I didn’t really think anything would come of it so was totally unprepared for what did.

Sitting there in my hammock I managed to relax deeply and unexpectedly “recalled” myself in the hold of a large wooden ship.  Suddenly, something broke through the wall of the boat, water poured in towards me spinning me around, and I found myself pinned against the other side of the boat by a heavy beam of wood – right between the shoulder blades.  The pain in my back was excruciating and I knew I was about to drown.  There the memory left me.

Dazed and confused I made an appointment to speak with my counsellor, worried that something strange was going on and that I may be going “mad”.   Although she had not come across this before, she was sure that it was a memory from a previous life and that perhaps I could take myself back there to see what actually had happened.

It took many weeks before I managed to do just that.  I had read somewhere that placing a piece of azurite under the pillow could stimulate past life recollection, so I decided to give it a try.  The effect was almost instant as my head hit the pillow that night.  I was immediately taken back to a life time in early England (1700’s) as a maid. (I did manage to verify the era by the clothing)  My lover was about to set sail on a ship that was tied up in the docks and I knew I would never see him again.  I found myself walking along a shelly beach where I hatched a plan.  I managed to stow myself away in the hold of the ship.  Not long after setting sail, the accident occurred and I was racked with guilt.  I believed it was considered bad luck for a woman to be aboard such ships and I thought that I was the reason that the ship had sunk losing many sailors including my lover.

With the help of my counsellor however I was able to let go of the guilt and realise that it was not my presence that caused the tragedy, and the pain between my shoulders all but disappeared.  I do still have a slight deformity there and am still asked if I have ever had an accident, but I no longer suffer from the debilitating pain.

There are many kinds of unexplained phobias, pains, behaviours that – if no basis can be found in the present lifetime, can be traced to past lives.  If the emotions surrounding the incident have not been recognised and dealt with, they can be carried over from lifetime to lifetime until the pattern is broken.  There are more and more past life therapists available these days to help you discover more about how your past lives are affecting you now.

Trust

Many of us have issues with trust -trusting others but above all trusting ourselves, our “instincts”, - our inner selves.  Trusting intuition is the path to our life purpose.  If we cannot learn to trust our own inner vision, how can we know where we are going?  It is one of the hardest lessons to learn.  We carry so much baggage and pain from lives both past and present which must be recognised, acknowledged and dealt with.  It no longer serves a healer’s purpose to be afraid of witch hunts. It doesn’t serve a writer’s purpose to be afraid of rejection and persecution.  It no longer serves a mathematician’s purpose to be afraid of ridicule and bad judgements.  Let go of past based fears and move on.  Let in the light.  All is as it should be.

A Better Understanding

I’m “off with the fairies” today.  Can’t concentrate, not paying attention, not listening, restless, daydreaming, not finishing one job before I move on to the next – all the things I got into trouble for as a child.  All the things that gave me and my daughter (and many others) the label ADD.  (or ADHD).  I’m comfortable with these traits now, because I understand.  I am a sensitive, an empath – my “off with the fairies” times are my way of coping with the over stimulation that bombards me on a daily (well not so much daily now that I understand) basis if I forget to protect myself before heading out into the world.  When you are an empath you feel, really feel, not only your own feelings, but those of other people around you.  When you don’t understand this, it is difficult to tell where your feelings end and others begin.  You become so sensitive to any kind of vibration or energy, whether it be sound, light, emotion that you tend to tune out in an effort to protect yourself, or become restless, rushing from one thing to another, unable to settle in an effort to “escape”.  This can be very difficult for you to cope with, but once you understand what is happening, there are many techniques you can learn to protect yourself.  Read about shielding for lightworkers, empaths and psychics.  There is so much information out there now.

If only I knew as a child what I know now!

What do you understand better about yourself now that you wish you had known as a child?

Time Out!

Sometimes the universe holds up a big stop sign. Right in front of us!  When this happens you know it’s time to take a break.  This usually happens when a period of stress or over exertion comes to an end.  It doesn’t happen when you are right in the middle of it – no – it waits until you are finally feeling great and ready to take on the world again.  Something will happen.  You get sick, your plans don’t work out, your motivation disappears – something will make you stop.

Rather than panic, it’s time to treat yourself to a little tenderness.  Take time out!  and smell the roses.  Make yourself a cuppa and put your feet up with a good book.

During these periods of down time meditate (even for a few minutes).  Sit outside and commune with nature, feel the earth beneath your feet, lay on your back and watch the clouds float across the sky, walk, sleep, and allow your creative juices to replenish themselves.

This is particularly important to those artists and healers who are empaths.  Get into the habit of allowing yourself some time out each week to replenish and regroup – before the universe holds up that big stop sign!

When has the universe held up that STOP sign for you?  Did you learn your lesson – or did you keep going until you were down to the last drop?
