Getting back on track

“Stuckness” occurs when you allow fear to creep in – it may not be a conscious fear and it can happen to any one of us.   Have a look at the thoughts you think as you begin your day.  The words you pay attention to and the positive words you push away. Which fearful and negative thoughts do you allow to creep in to your mind?  Do you really feel stuck?  Why do you tell yourself you are stuck?  This only serves to reinforce your “stuckness”.  Refuse to allow yourself to be this way.  Don’t ruminate upon it – speak it once out loud and let it go.  Use positive affirmations and gratitude throughout your day.  The more you focus on the positive, the sooner you will begin to move forward.  Look for the joy and light as you would advise others to do.  If you find are not happy doing something – look for a way to make it more positive experience.  Don’t be pushed by others to do something their way, for it will become a chore.  If what you thought was your “path” has become a “task” rather than a joy, look for where you have temporarily come of track.  What can you do to get back on track?  You can do it – and you know it!  There is light ahead leading your forward.  Just take that step once again and know that all is as it should be.
